About

Let’s face it, mental health can be a heavy topic. Am I right? 🤔

Well, get ready to shake off those nerves.

I’m here to flip that script and make this topic a whole lot less daunting, more relatable, memorable, and yes, even fun.

I'm Sharron 👋
Today I am feeling vibrant, yet it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows 🌈

From and early age, I experienced first hand how mental illness can wreak havoc on a persons life, happiness and ultimately health.

During my career with over 30 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, I kept my mental health condition hidden well, masking my struggles with a facade of “okay-ness” that eventually took a serious toll on me.

This was a journey that led me to where I am today.

But enough about the tough stuff and more about how I can help you and your organisations. 🚀

My training and talks are approachable, actionable and have a lasting effect.

I give you the confidence and motivation to proactively address your team's mental health.

Utilising my life experiences, coaching skills and professional qualifications I actively support others and deliver vital training across a wide range of sectors and organisations, including Mind U.K., BBC productions, eBay and the NHS.

I rescue senior dogs, some who require support and help to become a well rounded pack member. Dog trouble are a refreshing delight to be part of. They rehabilitate dogs alongside bringing dogs in need from Greece to the UK for rehoming. Helping out in general duties is an absolute honour. This includes supervising dogs when socialising and exploring in the paddocks , pack walks, preparing food and cleaning (lots of it), I’m partial to a pair of marigolds and it gives me huge satisfaction.

How exciting. Back in the day when I was part of the team who supported Surrey County Council when setting up the very first GP referral scheme. I received recognition for my work within the community . Which consisted of pitching to doctors and supporting patients quality of life through exercise .
