What do you do if a behavioral interview question catches you off guard?
Don't try to blag it. Ask for clarification to check you've understood the question correctly and answer using a real situational you've experienced as an example and what you learned from it, or would do differently upon later reflection.

You're juggling multiple job offers. How do you choose the right one?
I advise my candidates with multiple offers to envisage their self 3 months/ 1 year / 3 years down the line in each job. What will your work life balance and working day look like. What OTE will you be expecting to earn, will you have been promoted yet etc.

How do you develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates?
This is a really key one- if all you're putting out there is content about what you want from people it really doesn't resonate. In my market, I always aim to provide salary insights, and recruitment trends, comment on trending topics and give advice for people in a similar industry.
