The RegTech Platform is a joint initiative between the City of London Corporation and Innovate Finance to provide a more cohesive voice for the RegTech and compliance technology industry. The RegTech Platform consists of a Strategy Group and working groups for specific deliverables. I have been chairing the first working group from September 2023 to the present.

As Co-Founder, I was responsible for co-creating and executing our values, vision and the business strategy and overseeing the day to day operational management of the business in key area such as HR and Finance.

As Head of Client Delivery, I was responsible for the delivery of all our client and research projects and the management of all our ongoing client relationships. The delivery workload was often complex, with several initiatives often running in parallel. These varied from the provision of high quality written marketing content through to quantitative market entry assessments. We also ran several events for our clients including industry roundtables and webinars, which I also facilitated and moderated to a high standard.

I was supported by a team of talented research analysts, guiding them to deliver to an extremely high quality and continually improve and deepen their knowledge over several regulatory disciplines from financial crime to regulatory reporting.

- 2021: A Critical Year for RegTech - a research study for the City of London Corporation on the adoption of RegTech in UK Financial Services.

A visiting research fellowship funded by the Velux Foundation. The project explored how alternatives to currently dominant forms of economic organizing become possible and how such alternatives may enable change from within the financial sector. My research focused on the diffusion of regulatory sandboxes across the world, exploring the relationship between regulation and innovation. The resulting article will be published in the Journal of Cultural Economy.

Teaching masters students on the core theoretical course of MSc in Regulation, Law and Politics of Regulation. This covers topics such as Corporate Responses to Regulation, Participation, Accountability and Regulatory Democracy, and Side-Effects and Regulatory Disasters.

I worked for Group Risk Change in a number of roles on the Basel 2 programme. These included the design and implementation oversight of Basel 2 solution for RBS Securitisation products, Release Manager for the Basel 2 technology stack. I also managed the IRB waiver application project for RBS NV in the Netherlands.
