Through my voluntary work with JLGB I have had the opportunity to work in a number of roles helping to develop the leadership skills of the youth of tomorrow. These roles include strategic planning, program management, and administration. Additionally I have maintained a high level of first hand experience of youth leadership as I believe it's imperative to know what's going on at the front line when making high level decisions.
