    • Develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders in Student Unions and University Accommodation departments.

    • Planning, developing and implementing key campaigns with the primary objective of selling specialist niche Insurance products to students at specific periods during the year. This often requires recruitment & management of temporary staff to ensure business objectives/targets are met.

    • Working collaboratively with marketing services to develop key campaigns supporting the Endsleigh brand

    • Ensuring that Endsleigh are correctly positioned in the market place via effective marketing contract negotiation with partners whilst ensuring a strong ROI

    • Creating a sound financial plan to ensure marketing budgets are not exceeded and also to focus on developing growth across a given geographic area.

    • Identifying third party organisations that could be aligned to Endsleigh in terms of business goals and develop collaborative strategies to support both parties.

    This is a varied role where it is important to develop and maintain close working relationships with all customers/partners to ensure all access opportunities are identified. A detailed understanding of the objectives of each customer/partner is required to ensure that relevant and effective advertising opportunities are uncovered and the best possible ROI is achieved.
