“I worked for General Skeates when he was the Commanding Officer of 26th Regiment Royal Artillery. I was his personal assistant and head of HR within 26th Regiment. I found his work style and ethic to be clear and concise allowing freedom of action within clearly defined boundaries and targets. As I have ascended up the career ladder I have tried to emulate his style of leadership and management. I would gladly work for General Skeates again.”
