28 years experience as a PC in the West Midlands Police. Various roles including intelligence,response/neighbourhood policing and Offender management. Proud to have started and developed the Offender to Rehab programme - a programme that targets prolific retail offenders in addiction, giving them the opportunity to start their recovery journey, and in turn stop their offending, giving them a chance of life and reducing retail theft/violence to staff.

Proud to be the Chairman of the NBCS Foundation.

    Proud to have created the WMP Offender to Rehabilitation Programme which targets prolific offenders with severe drug addiction who commit retail/business crime - treating the causes of their offending, placing them into rehabs or other meaningful treatment pathways - helping to change lives and make a difference to our communities and support the retail community.

    I am also the Chairman of the NBCS Foundation which raises funding for national rehabilitative organisation.
