Digital Twin of a motor drive unit

I worked with a team of engineers on developing a Digital Twin (virtual model) of a motor drive unit in the University's laboratory to be used for predictive maintenance and virtual teaching. I was mainly responsible for the front-end side of the project, including the website and the single-page application, but I also worked alongside the other members on their tasks such as implementing the IoT solution for the model and back-end development.

Miniature LED solar simulator

With the guidance of my project supervisor I researched LED technologies and their recent implementation into solar simulators to create a physical circuit that consists of an array of LEDs with wavelengths in the solar radiation spectrum. I then developed a program that controls the circuit's light intensity for different testing purposes.

Embedded Systems Project

I managed a team of 4 to build a line-following autonomous buggy. As the team manager I was involved in all of the project's operations ranging from programming the logic algorithm in the buggy's software to building and testing the circuits connected to the STM32F401RE microcontroller. This also allowed me to act as a median between the software and hardware teams as I gained knowledge in both areas when monitoring and working with them.
