“To say Tey is multi-skilled is something of an understatement. I'm not sure I've ever worked with anyone who can deliver in so many areas to such high quality, whether design, UI/X, front-end coding or analytics. He has a great attitude and just gets things done.”

We redesigned and built the new Econsultancy.com website from the ground up, with a focus on delivering an improved customer experience not just for now, but for the future. With over 600,000 unique visitors per month and tens of thousands of content pages, blog posts, buyers guides, job and directory listings, and a rich subscriber knowledgebase, this was understandably no mean feat, but with a small team of dedicated, creative designers and developers, we triumphed with aplomb.
Features:
* A cutting edge mobile experience, with previous visitor pain points - long pages, accessibility, deep content sections, tables, downloads, interactive features - all identified and solved at each turn.
* A clearer visual language to guide visitors around the site, built on extensive user research and testing. A navigation experience that's intuitive and instinctive to the regular user while helping new visitors discover more about what Econsultancy offers.
* A new UX repository serving as an all-encompassing source of wisdom for future designers and developers, ensuring discipline in keeping a consistent look, feel and experience.
* Revamped search functionality, leveraging a powerful backend and cutting edge techniques to surface relevant content and help visitors get to exactly what they're after.
Outcomes:
Amazingly positive feedback and improvements across multiple success indication points, with customer experience surveys, analytics and user testing showing a huge positive impact on visitors’ experience.
