I help companies define or refine their EVP and then take this message to the best available talent in the market. I also provide strategic talent acquisition services for the growth and development of teams in new markets, new locations or growing business areas.

Reach out to recruitment companies who are specialists in the area that you are interested in. Their clients won't want to pay them a fee for finding an intern, but they might spare a few minutes to give you a few pointers on who to contact at certain companies; and who knows, if you impress them, they may even introduce to you select clients pro bono.

What do you do if your team lacks trust and rapport?
Broken trust is one of the leading reasons why people look to change roles. It comes right from the top of businesses. I speak with people looking for new roles who trust and respect their immediate line manager, however, trust has been lost with the company leadership. Open and honest leadership is, in my opinion, the best way to keep employees' trust, it's very difficult to implement above a certain size of company I know but still a noble goal.
