    I worked within a team of people providing food in the form of a cooked meal in cafeteria type environment for homeless people and people in crisis be through substance abuse, social circumstances and trauma. We not only provided food but spent time engaging with them on a 1-2-1 basis helping to engage them in the process of "recovery" whatever that meant to them personally.

    I worked within a team of people providing food in the form of a cooked meal in cafeteria type environment for homeless people and people in crisis be through substance abuse, social circumstances and trauma. We not only provided food but spent time engaging with them on a 1-2-1 basis helping to engage them in the process of "recovery" whatever that meant to them personally.

    I was regularly responsible for "welcome" and "security" being the first person to see them through the door to the resolution of challenges that occurred throughout the evening. I loved the challenge of building relationships and seeing people come out of themselves and access help.

This person has not only talked the talked this year but has turned the CV strategy into a ‘tangible’ proposition through collaboration with others in Commercial, RMT and Engage. In 2017 he delivered UPTime Live, My Vehicle Check App, SmartSheet, and driven the business to develop a CV App and with the help of the some great sales collaboration has now secured his first paying customer. This person always puts the customer, and LP results, at the heart of what they do and works tirelessly often dragging the organisation behind him!, to make the LeasePlan CV proposition the best in the market.
