As an official All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) operating in the Houses of Parliament, we bring together Parliamentarians from all parties and both Houses with key players in the internet, communications and technology sectors to engage with the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow.

In my role within Gallagher's Disability Working Group for the UK and EMEA, I actively contributed to promoting inclusion and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. I shed a light on critical disabled and neurodiverse issues by writing impactful articles about disability as part of the “Visibility of Disability” awareness campaign , which helped shed light on challenges faced by disabled and neurodiverse individuals in the workplace. Additionally, I played a key role in reforming the company's hiring and induction processes. My focus was on creating a more inclusive recruitment pipeline by improving accessibility and support for disabled and neurodiverse candidates. This involved revising the interview process and onboarding programs to ensure that all candidates were provided with the necessary accommodations and support to succeed from day one.
