    This solution required integration work across broadcast, digital and advertising. Not only does the solution insert digital ads to the broadcast streams it also prevents the broadcast ads being delivered online - reducing the need for manual intervention.

    The solution uniquely harmonises technical elements from both the broadcast and digital domains for Network Ten to deliver a true broadcast experience with seamless and frame accurate replacement of the broadcast advertising. Now, Network Ten can apply its interactive digital ad inventory to ad breaks during the Sochi Games live coverage across a wide range of connected devices.

    The ability to execute targeted interactive ad replacement gives advertisers a level of personalisation and interactivity not previously seen in live online simulcasts. Ads are managed through DoubleClick, integrated with the Yospace system, to determine which ads are shown to each user/platform.
