He is creative, coming up with unique angles for stories to make his coverage stand out from the crowd, and he has secured big interviews across the sporting spectrum. These include Mo Farah, Deontay Wilder, Max Verstappen, Jamie Carragher, and Alvaro Morata. The list goes on. He is more than happy to work outside of the usual hours to cover the big matches, get the essential quotes at the press conferences and do what it takes to get the story. Not everyone does that. Oh, and he’s a top chap. He would be an asset to any sports desk.”
