“I met Victoria last year at the Association of Bureau Managers conference. Victoria led a group about the pricing structure of bureaus. Speaking with confidence from her own experience and knowledge on the subject, with a passion of how payroll bureaus should be respected, and how you can get the results the bureau industry deserve. Victoria has been a mentor as such for me, and we met at the CIPP annual conference a few months later, taking her time to come over to me to see how it was all going, and how I was implementing my change. Taking her advice on board, and with some amazing results, I know I wouldn't have done it without the support of the association and Victoria especially. Keep doing what you are, you are smashing it.
