My professional path took root in the United States, where I played a pivotal role in a start-up’s early stages, shaping its business model, branding, and operational strategies. This foundational work set the stage for the company’s swift and successful franchising.
My career trajectory then led me to spearhead HR and Operations for an electronics reseller, guiding their expansion into the markets of Mexico and China. Currently, I lead the Global Employment Outsourcing HR Services and Immigration at Safeguard Global, where we craft flexible solutions for the international workforce. My teams are instrumental in devising and executing HR and operational processes that empower companies to scale globally. We provide comprehensive support to our clients, managing the full employment lifecycle of workers globally with a focus on workforce management, onboarding, payroll, HR, and compliance. Moreover, we ensure the achievement of strategic operational initiatives, targets, goals, and KPIs. Our efforts also bolster the company’s organic growth and the establishment of local entities in new markets.

Outside of work, I relish the outdoors, particularly coastal retreats, alongside my energetic 13-year-old son and our spirited dog, both of whom share my passion for the open air.
