With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, science, conservation, and education, I am passionate about advancing the Blue Health movement, which explores the cognitive, emotional, psychological, social and physical wellness benefits of water, waves and nature.
As the founder of One Blue World, I work with a network of interdisciplinary experts, partners, and supporters who share this vision and provide critical "Blue" thinking for projects, developments and organisations.
Founder of The Wave, delivering a world first, health and wellbeing focussed, surfing destination to Bristol UK, securing £30m to develop and delivering the project as a triple bottom lined business. People, planet and profit.
I have been part of the development of adaptive and para surfing, and policy-shaping and development of sport.
Graduate of the UK Sport International Leadership Programme and Previous Chairman and Director of "Surfing England" National Governing Body for Surfing.
