I volunteer as a History or a ‘Tareekh’ teacher at the local Madrassa on Saturdays. This involves me taking one hour lessons on the Holy Prophet’s life to 14-year-old students and it is a year-long course. At the end of my course, the students take up examinations on the subject, much like how any other course is run at a university.
