Programme & Projects Manager
Location Slough - Marketing
Office Based, with some travel to sites across the UK.

You’ll be the expert in the Intersnack Imagine (Product to Market) process and will support Marketing, and other functions, in delivering projects in line with the Intersnack Stage & Gate process.

We’d love to hear from you if you have previous experience of project management within the FMCG food industry (this bit is essential!), as well as being an expert within at least one area of the business, which could be Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial or Finance. Ideally, we’d like to have someone with previous programme management experience and qualified in Prince 2 methodologies, or something similar.
To be successful in this role it would be beneficial to have experience of working at a senior level and have sufficient credibility to advise and guide project teams. You’ll have to be a great influencer and be willing not to accept the status quo and of course, it goes without saying, that due to the number of projects being managed at any one time, you’ll need to highly organised with attention to detail with good relevant experience of managing multi projects of varying sizes and complexities.

What will you be doing?
- Acting as single point of contact for other functions in relation to all marketing projects
- Planning, delivery and reporting of the Branded KP UK plan for Innovation (NPD & EPD Marketing Cost Savings)
- Procurement material changes & Pack Change projects
- Supporting the in year growth targets and the 3-5 year Innovation pipeline
- Line management and development of Project Manager(s)
