Yesterday, I was privileged to attend and speak at STEMFest Yorkshire and Humber on behalf of Cummins. Events such as these are critical in inspiring future generations to see how rewarding a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) can be and showcase how many opportunities there are close to home in these fields. Over 3,000 students are expected to attend over 3 days – truly incredible! Sponsoring STEMFest is a great example of Cummins’ commitment to inspiring children and encouraging STEM learning and associated skills in our communities. This is all a part of Cummins READY, our global educational strategy to empower one million learners and workers get on a pathway to college and career success by 2030.
