Best in Bus and coach company

The coach and bus driver and his assistant were extremely unprofessional and rude. There was a delay in arrival as well. Although I had booked extra luggage in the app, they still asked me to pay them cash more. I had no other option to pay them 10 euros. They treat the passengers very badly and misbehave as if they are like carrying slaves. The seat arrangement was messed up and there was no indication label about seat numbers either.

I found booking my holiday on the phone easy. The gentleman who dealt with me was efficient, friendly and polite and it was all done in a few minutes. I always find Caledonian easy to deal with and highly recommend them. They offer great value for money and I have been on many holidays with them

Booked Jacobite weekend our driver Josh was fantastic very helpful stayed at Croit Ana Hotel but dated on outside but room was exceptionally clean and comfortable food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful views fantastic and itinerary very good will use Alpha Travel again had a wonderful time

Rubbish my day trip was cancelled one day after booking, no suggested alternatives. You need to look at at a smaller coach option for tours you cannot fulfill. People book workshops and arrange to meet folks. Total let down so disappointed

Avoid at All Costs! I had an absolutely appalling experience with this company and feel compelled to warn others. I booked a coach and was promised the driver’s details the day before the trip. Despite numerous calls and emails, I received no information. Finally, at the last minute, they claimed the coach had broken down and that they couldn’t provide transportation. After further investigation, I discovered many reviews describing this as a common occurrence. They quote a very low price and take your money, only to claim at the last minute that the coach has broken down or the driver is unavailable. Then, they offer the option of an external coach, but at double the cost. Most people, desperate by that point, end up paying whatever they demand. Save yourself the nightmare and book with a reputable, trustworthy service instead.
