After being let down by removers who had been booked 2 months before. I phoned JJD Vans on the Wednesday and they organised removers for the Saturday with only 3 days notice. The people moving the furniture were polite and professional. Very impressed with how quickly everything was sorted out.

Everything is nice and dandy until you have a problem with the car, then your visits, calls and emails are ignored. It’s very hard to find a good car dealer these days unfortunately. Lots of promises regarding after sales service with zero delivery. Very disappointing!

U Drive had cancelled an order the morning of pick up because the customer was using the vehicle to transport musical equipment. It has become clear that U Drive can’t be trusted or be considered reliable as they deem it reasonable to cancel booking within hours of pick up.

What an absolute breath of fresh air to talk to a human being, these guys were great and helped us get a very reasonable deal with lots of valuble expert knowledge that saved us money. Spent all morning on line unsuccessfully trying to sort out a car for my trip to france and Matthew had it sorted out in 10 minutes. Can't recommend them more highly. Quick response time on the call back too.
