The deal was 50 pounds but they took it…

The deal was 50 pounds but they took it out for 57 pounds. I have been their customer for almost 18 years. This is nothing but robbery.l wanted to council line they charged 35.35 each month then l can council line 😡😡😡

Change of Broadband provider

Had never heard of Broadband Genie and came across via a Money Saving Expert recommendation. Very glad I followed up on this. The switch of provider went very smoothly with no hiccups, including receipt of the incentive voucher 3 months after the switch.
When I next reach the point of looking to change broadband provider I will definitely look at what Broadband Genie has to offer.

Great deal and super customer service

I think due to my computer set-up my broadband switch via broadband genie did not automatically get entered into the system. However on communicating with both Charlotte and Rachel from the customer service department my claim was entered manually and has been processed. I can't thank both ladies enough for their help and and actions. I would use broadband genie again and can recommend the company.

No problems at all

I switched to a new provider through BroadbandGenie (since in the UK companies punish loyal customers and prefer to lose them).
Use their link to check the status of your voucher. Mine arrived just over two months (instead of four). There was no problem activating on Amazon and I have 10 years to spend it. Shouldn't take that long. :)

£110 amazon voucher,off broadband, moneysavingexpert & BB Genie

i signed up with shell energy broadband through MSE with £110 Amazon voucher through BroadBand Genie.
Takes up to 3 months for the voucher to process,Something went wrong with shell and the voucher didnt materialise.Once I notified them BroadBand Genie got on it and did all the work with Shell.Just checked my email every couple weeks, and today 4 months on I received the voucher, Downloaded and had it in my Amazon account £110 credit in a few minutes. I had my doubts, but now Very Very happy with BroadBand Genie. Amazing help and for free. Not many companies around like this these days,apart from MSE ofcourse. Top notch!

Actually works!

I used them to find a new internet supplier, it found a good deal with the bonus of getting a gift card for amazon worth £85
I was a bit sceptical that it would work, it did say it might take 120 days to come through. About this long to verify, but it has just appeared in my email and I’ve just added it onto my amazon account. So all good, and would recommend, just be patient!!

Another good Broadband Genie experience

Second time I've used Broadband Genie. Absolutely no complaints about the service - very straightforward to use, simple to use portal to check status of voucher and good communication throughout the whole process.

Excellent customer service

I forgot to claim my reward within the set time but after explaining how silly I had been to the nice people at Trustpilot they reviewed the situation and honoured their commitment. Amazing customer service thank you Trustpilot and thank you Broad band Genie.

Firstly, I'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been more positive.

I've just had a look and your voucher was sent out to you in March. This was just under 3 months after your date of purchase. This is the average amount of time it takes for all sales to be fully validated and for the vouchers to be sent out. This is also clearly stated in our T&Cs that are emailed out to you on your date of purchase.

It looks as though your voucher code has now expired. I will hopefully be able to send you another one from our own pocket at the end of the month.

Broadband Genie made it quick and easy to see what was available in my area, its service record and bonuses offered by suppliers. It was easy to choose what would be right for my household and go ahead.

Really straightforward and prompt claims service unlike other rewards/ incentives/cashback companies that I’ve gone through before.
A few choices of useful rewards for me but chose the pre-paid mastercard for ultimate flexibility.

Broadband Genie and Vodafone

Can end up as a long and tedious process when things go wrong!
In my case my ISP (Vodafone) refused to acknowledge existence of offer with respect to BBG -so voucher was rejected (I had waited over 120 days stated in T & C’s) at this point.
Up to this date 28/04/23 they still have not confirmed a valid sale with BBG – which means BBG have not received their commission for the sale.
BBG customer support - excellent at resolving the problem.
(Special thanks to Rachel at BBG who was always helpful and supportive during this process and went beyond the T & C's of the offer on my behalf).
My advice to anyone taking up such offers is.
Ensure offer is tracked correctly after sale is confirmed with ISP.
Do not delete the confirmation email from BBG until you receive your selected voucher.
Do not accept – “can’t help you further” comments from your ISP customer support (Vodafone in my case) if you are certain you have fulfilled all the T & C’s

Everything was as promised

Fttp Broadband

Bought Shell fttp Broadband through Broadband and received a £100 Amazon voucher. It takes 3/4 months to get your voucher but they send you a link when it's time to receive it.
