I liked that Circular & Co use recycled single use paper cups to form part of their re-useable coffee cup. Ordering and delivery was simple and prompt, but I didn’t like the product. The push to open/close top feels cheap and wobbly and makes far too much noise when pressing it to open and close. Not great in quiet environments. I was also hoping the lock/unlock mechanism could be used with one finger, but two are required. I returned it straight away. While the return process went ok, it wasn’t convenient having to phone to register the return. I hope to see significant improvements in the lid design in future.

Amazing company and products! I ordered from these recently to upgrade a coffee cup I’ve had since way before they rebranded. I’ve used their coffee cup for years and YEARS and won’t even look in the direction of another brand. I love their ethics and the design of their cups/lids so so much. The only reason for purchasing again was because I discovered they make a larger coffee cup (who doesn’t want a bigger coffee), and my partner also wanted one for herself! But my old one is still going super strong with no leaks years later. Cannot fault them in the slightest!

Excellent new product from Circular and Co. I’ve waited for an insulated coffee cup and I am not disappointed. Keeps coffee hotter for longer than the recycled cups. I bought the cup and lid separately as I wanted a pink lid and they are perfect. I also love the locking lid.

I have 2 of the 12oz NOW cups. The first is fine but the newest one leaks from the lid. It was the first time I used it. Coffee dripping down my jumper was not good.
I notice that the first one I have (and have had it for over 1 year) has a very tight fitting lid but with the new one -the black lid feels much looser.

I had a problem regarding the size of the new bottles. I received a very quick reply from customer service, there was an error on the site so I ordered the replacement bottle base which arrived about 3 days later. All perfect!

Circular cups are the only ones that I've found to be truly reliable. All the other brands that I've tried either fall apart, or are impossible to clean properly. Circular cups are reliable, and robust. Price was also very reasonable, and delivery was prompt.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, they went above and beyond when I asked to amend my order. The lockable lid doesn't spill so I can hold milk in it until we open the flask of coffee, very handy for picnics and bike rides.

Despite my request for a clock part which Circular and Co no longer supply, they managed to track down and obtain a replacement at no cost to me. Quite superb customer service from this company, with people who want to help. Thank you.

Delivery was speedy, also when I've spoke to circular and co previously they have been very friendly and reply quickly to any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to others as I find the cups brilliant especially in the car.

Excellent from start to finish with company

Eco garden planters are great and delighted they were in the sale.

Delivery was also excellent and great that you can see progress of your goods. Ewan Delivery driver from DX was excellent and put all the large and heavy planters in the garage without being asked.

Delivery was prompt. We use these cups for the mums and carers at our toddler group as we need unbreakable insulated and lidded cups to handle our hot drinks safely with toddlers around. Our existing ones have been very good which is why we have purchased another ten. So much greener than single use cups and easy to clean in the dishwasher.
