ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

I just wish I had known about this pillow a long time ago. I have been searching for something comfortable for a while with no success. During a conversation, it was recommended to me - I cannot believe how marvellous it is. My sleep has improved no end so thank you and to the whole team and I wish you continued success.

Very quick delivery and great service

Very quick delivery and great communication telling us when it would arrive.
Our mattress came in a big box, which meant that it was easy to get up the stairs. It was a simple matter of unrolling it.
We’ve only slept on it a few nights and so far it’s really supportive and comfortable. So much better than our previous (very expensive) traditional one.
Very pleased!

Expensive, but absolutely worth it

Easy ordering process. Delivery just ust as promised by 2 very helpful chaps
Really good mattress. Persistent back ache worsened by sleep gone after the 2nd night! Expensive mattress, but definitely worth the money.

Loving the new mattress

Loving the new mattress, it is so comfortable. It took us no time at all to acclimatise to it. Arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. Able to pay for over 12 months with no interest.
Two incredibly impressed and pleased customers.

Very comfortable

Delivery was quick and on time. The mattress smelt bad when first unwrapped but leaving the windows open helped a lot and it soon became OK.
The mattress is so comfortable and I am sleeping really well now whereas on our old mattress I tossed and turned constantly to try to get more comfortable in my efforts to get to sleep.
I love it!

Simba hybrid mattress

Delivery by AO was fantastic with the delivery guys taking the old mattress away and taking the new one upstairs for us. Unpacked the Simba mattress as per instructions and gave it a full six ours to fill out properly. Very impressed with the zipped cover and mattress protector. Having only slept on the new mattress for a few days I have loved the comfortable feel and strength of it. Keeps its shape really well.

I am a 75 year old widow

I am a 75 year old woman with no one available for help, and had to struggle to pack up old mattress and to unpack the new mattress. When I paid for removal of old mattress I would expect the lads to have got the plastic bag at least on the old mattress. At same time to take the new mattress out of the box and plastic. I am a registered disabled lady, and it took me over 5 hours to get the mattress in the correct position. I feel this is not good enough when you pay for an expensive mattress with delivery and old mattress pickup. I give your 2 delivery men a one star for lack of consideration and a 0 for any thought.

When selecting Standard delivery with old mattress removal this doesn't include unpacking nor packing the old mattress, for that you would need to select the VIP delivery service with old mattress removal.

Recommended to try by a friend with…

Recommended to try by a friend with similar sleep issues, sore neck and restless nights. Have noticed a huge difference in quality of sleep and no stiff neck. Apparently it's made a huge difference to my snoring too....not that I think I ever did of course!

I’m sold on Simba‘s Hybrid mattresses

I’m sold on Simba‘s Hybrid mattresses, this is the fifth purchase from them over the years. Delivery worked well as usual. If only the new mattresses would not smell quite so bad for the first couple of days. Is there nothing you can do about during production? Let them air in the factory?

Lovely comfortable mattress

Ordering using the website was very simple with all the mattress options clearly explained. Mattress was delivered on the nominated day (delivery men kept in touch all the time). Carried the new mattress upstairs then took away the old , really heavy, mattress which we had been asked to put in a heavy duty plastic bag. Very good service! Gloriously comfortable mattress.

Improvement with the topper and pillow

I have only been using the mattress topper and pillow for a short time but I think it is helping. I have a chronic back and neck problem and struggle to find comfort through the night. It has improved with your products though so far.

Awesome Pillow

Very efficient delivery and a very comfortable, soft and adjustable pillow.

For years I have been waking up with varying degrees of headache from mild right up to a horrific migraine caused by nerves in the neck! This pillow has stopped the really bad headaches and greatly eased up the mild ones, that have almost become non existent.

I believe once I have the correct amount of filler in the pillow, that will definitely be the end of all my morning headaches, which will be wonderful!

Thank you for inventing such an incredible pillow!

Early days. Very comfy but still stiff neck!!

Early days… still experiencing a stiff neck and back in mornings! Hoping things improve, very comfortable though!

It can take some time to get used  to a new pillow. You have 30 days to return the pillow if you feel it's not for you. You can also adjust the filling by removing/adding Nanocubes.

Simba mattress delivered in soaking wet box

When my Simba mattress arrived the box was soaking wet and falling apart, fortunately the actual mattress was in a polythene sheet so doesn’t appear to be damaged. However this is very poor for a £1500 purchase.

Firstly, I’m sorry your item has arrived in a poor condition.

From our manufacturing site to our warehouses and then into your home, our products do travel across the UK which in rare occasions can mean some damage occurs along the way. We always aim for our products to arrive in the best possible condition possible as joining the Simba family should be an exciting experience, from unboxing to first use.

The damage to the box will not impact the performance of the products as these are tightly wrapped inside for further added protection. The exterior box is more for transportation. However, we fully understand this isn't the best start to your Simba journey and we sincerely apologise.

2nd Simba

This is our second Simba mattress. Easy to order, next day delivery at no cost. Kept up to date with delivery throughout. Great sleep. New mattress improvement on our first purchase as there are now handles on sides.
Really happy with our purchase.

This is the ONE

15 years and four mattresses later it looks like I have eventually found 'the one'. I toiled with the last memory foam mattress, so uncomfortable with a 'hole' where I slept. Three years with this one and couldn't continue anymore so along came my Simba Hybrid mattress. Only had it for three days but I know that this is the one, so comfortable and supportive, just what I have been searching for the last 15 years. Great stuff.

Sorry but I don’t love it but also…

Sorry but I don’t love it but also can’t send it back.

My husband is sleeping like a baby and I can’t take that away from him but my temperature regulation on this is worse than any mattress that I’ve ever had and believe me, I’ve never bought cheap.

A little disappointed but my husband would 5 star you if he bought it. Sod me

We are sorry to hear you are finding the mattress too hot. Mattresses that contain foam are warmer than traditional mattresses, however, we do use open cell foam as well as springs and wool layer to help with ventilation and temperature regulation. 

With that said, this might still be too warm for some people. We recommend using 100% cotton sheets and a light duvet if you are feeling too warm at night. 

Our brand new mattresses come with a 200 night trial so you can always exchange it for a different Range with no foam (Earth Range) or return for a full refund on the mattress.
