Avoid at all costs unless you like having your funds frozen citing security checks for no reason. Transfer money to self, ok. Transfer money to self again, frozen. 72 hour timeframe given, no follow up, phone merry-go-round.
Update. Took 3 weeks to get my money. For $3600 to withdraw to myself their fee was $100
Absolute worst app/service/organisation in the world. Never ever use this service.

I made a deposit and when asking for withdrawal they restricted my account. First they said they would come back in 24 h, than 72 hours since they need further verifications and they do not ask for further documents. I am so concerned now that I see the reviews of other people that have the same problem with me…I am sure that the positive reviews here are written from their staff. It is a SCAM platform.

My case status is open also here support responding but still they didn’t add my money back. The twentieth day has passed since SKRILL received all the documents of the origin of the money - they are still explaining and holding/blocking the money!

If I could give no stars I would! Absolute trash! Customer service is trash! They locked my fing account on a Saturday afternoon with no possibility of fixing the issue until Monday I was literally stuck at the nail salon unable to pay for the services I received because I couldn’t access my own dam money! I signed up to Skrill as it would appear on the website that you are able to transfer USD to a USD bank account with minimal fees.
When you sign up and actually deposit funds, it turns out this is false. You can do it, but the fees are extraordinarily high. So I left the balance there and did not withdraw.
Not I am told that I will be charged 5 euro a month if I don't make a transaction?? If I do make a transaction, all of the funds will be consumed in fees.
The website is totally misleading and when you do try to withdraw, you end up losing your money in fees (Assuming you can withdraw at all). 0 stars.

I was originally skeptical about this company because of the reviews and my account being restricted but I can update and say that they had my account unrestricted within the timeframe that they had stated and other than it being any other bank, you have to wait for the debit card but other than that, it has went very smooth and the transfer didn't even take 24 hours so I definitely recommend this company and I am so glad that I took the chance and gave them a try. If you are stressing about them restricting your account like I was almost losing sleep. I reached out to them the day that it got suspended and it was the weekend so I had to wait until the following Monday to call, but I called them first thing on Monday morning and by Tuesday, it was in my account and it originally stated it could take up to 14 days so I hope this can help someone out because I know I was damn you're sick. Stressing if you have any questions, let me know.

So when you call skrill ask to transfer call to supervisor they can assit you better on my case that was happend.

As soon as i got my account verified and deposited money they restricted my account immediately. They sent me an email that i has ro reply to with some more info and they wrote that they were gonna be in touch within 24 hours. It almost been 4 days now and I havent heard anything. There is no customer support except an AI bot thats the worst. Also WARNING! When they restrict your account you cant even withdraw it back. I can see here that they reply to some that they should contact support, which must be some kind of joke since they dont even reply.
