Eternity ring/special birthday present bought. After 3 weeks of wearing the ring a diamond fell out. After six weeks of the ring with “quality control” no ring and no communication (unless instigated by myself) I would never purchase from this company again.

It has always been a pleasant experience to visit the Birmingham branch. No hard sell, no pressure. It almost feel like the floor staff are trained to be therapists to create a chill factor 5 atmosphere where the customer feels at ease. It's a plumb pleasing pleasure to blow hard earned cash on refined timepiece with a sales person clearly enjoying the profession of selling.

have ordered three watches, after a month I have to realize that the money is lost and watches never arrive. when I write to them, they repeatedly ask what email address they are ordered in, even though I send email address, proof of what was ordered. they ask again and again about my email address and what I ordered....
it's a flat company, you can safely call it that and kick people's ass.
my biggest advice shop somewhere serious.

My husband had wanted a Panerai watch for many years and we visited the Manchester shop to ask about a purchase.
We were greeted by Jameel who immediately made us feel very welcome indeed. He was very accommodating to our requirements and went above and beyond to locate the watch we wanted. The service he provided was second to none, from entering the shop to leaving with the watch a couple of weeks later, Jameel was warm, friendly and very easy to deal with.

I recently purchased an Omega Speedmaster from Watches of Switzerland in Brighton, and the experience was exceptional. I came into the shop twice and dealt with Rowan both times. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making my partner and I feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Cartier watch which was billed that it included two straps. However when I collected the watch it only had one strap even after waiting an extra three days. No one seemed to locate the missing strap. I asked for a refund as the watch was not as first described . The whole experience was quite chaotic to be honest and an experience I would not like to revisit

My partner and family have bought circa 7 watches over the years, my last experience has been poor promised made and not kept. I tried their live chat and what’s app contact and no response. Can I suggest you employ more people to answer customer concerns. And unless you have the intention to send a customer a promised £250 voucher you shouldn’t allow your sales people to promise it
