Excellent Communication from Ellis and being very helpful and having patience with me, while I was making my final choice of watch. It's my 4th watch in 5 years that I've ordered from Jura Watches/C W SELLORS and each time I've had a really pleasant experience, and I'm already planning my next watch purchase with Jura watches. Also I spoke with Joshua after my watch arrived to ask a few things and he was really helpful.

I purchased a watch from Jura Watches, but neither the gift nor the outer watch box was included.
I reached out to my salesperson, but he was unresponsive and dismissive.
I didn't even receive an apology.

Can i just say it's Saturday... and nothing was too much trouble for Harriet at Jura watches! E-mail replies sent within minutes of eachother on negotiation on a time piece i have been after for over 2 months. None of the other competitors came close and were offering an outdated model. One company did offer a price lower, but the customer service was not up to Harriet's and i decided to spend a little more than i was prepared for the right kind of attitude. I know for certain if i face any issues (i doubt I will at this price point) i will be looked after. Special thanks for showing me it is still possible to get the right customer service even ona a weekend where all your other competitors failed. And i mean all the big names like Beaver Brooks, Goldsmiths, Swiss watches company, Fraser to name a few.

Great company Ellis the sales advisor was brilliant talked me through any watches that I liked which led me to purchase a nice piece. The after sales was also fantastic I wanted to order an additional strap which they did not stock at the time but went and sourced it for me and I'm over the moon with my purchases.

Just bought a watch through Jura.
Watch is great, quick delivery. Unfortunately I asked for two links to be adjusted, was advised this would be done but it wasn’t, all-in-all that was the only thing that stopped it being 5 star, all the rest was good with this company. Would change to a 5 star if I could get a round at the JCB course :) ha

Do not order from this company. Poor experience and customer service.
Ordered a watch bracelet over a year ago, it arrived missing an end link. They have re ordered it from the watch company and managed to lose it twice now in the shop before they could deliver. Over one year and they still haven't delivered after selling me a incomplete item. Avoid.

Jura watches are probably the best place to buy a watch. They also give a bit of discount too. Always reply to messages . Well packed parcels with good courier.

I have made 3 purchases over 3 months and 2 were perfect and exactly as one would expect.
The other which was my second not so. Product showed in stock but I received email that the item needed ordering from the brand.
A month later and a phone call gave me the distinct impression that order was not made at the time.
Highly likely a glitch, but disconcerting if it was an item with a long lead time or made to order.

The watch was broken when it arrived. I have returned and am now waiting to see what happens.

Unfortunately, I was told on Friday, 26th that I would have the replacement by Tuesday, 30th, but it didn’t arrive until Thursday, 1st. I bought the watch for a wedding that I was attending on the 31st, so I didn’t have it. Don’t overpromise and underdeliver. It leads to frustration and disappointment.
