Menkind never disappoints

Menkind never disappoints.
Great friendly customer service, very helpful.
They take their time out to have a chat not just do a 9-5 Job. They always make recommendations, tell you about new stock coming and overall very welcoming.

Used click and collect and my order was ready in minutes which was great. Easy collection, staff were polite and efficient. Rainbow lamp is gorgeous. Happy with my purchase and with a sale price 😉🌟

Fantastic service.

Delivery slightly delayed due to evri loosing my first package. Menkind were really helpful and apologetic. They refunded the delivery charge and sent a new parcel on next day delivery. Fantastic service. Will definitely order again.

I ordered a funko pop collectable and…

I ordered a funko pop collectable and the box is very damaged, this is obviously a collectable and the box needs to be in good condition, i have not even taken the bubble wrap off and can see the box has been squashed and it is not taped down. The outer box was very damaged. I have given low stars to see how this is handled and will adjust when i see how the company deal with a replacement as obviously they use EVRI and they couldnt even be bothered to knock on my door and chose to deliver to a neighbour instead!

The purchase is al fine but they used…

The purchase is al fine but they used Evri for delivery and Evri isn't secure. I received a text message purporting to be from Evri telling me my parcel couldn't be delivered because the delivery details were illegible. They wanted all my details and credit card details to pay £0.23 for redelivery - obviously trying to scam me. The parcel arrived about 10 minutes later. I won't be ordering again as I don't buy from anyone who uses Evri delivery service

Fabulous

Fabulous, personalised apron. Purchased for a relatives 75th birthday. It was gratefully received, they thought it was hilarious to see their face plastered all over it! I'll definitely buy another. Many thanks.

Nightmare......before christmas, not the company.

Placed the order with no problem whatsoever and it arrived very quickly in fantastic packaging. The item was perfect and display box is just as good as the item itself. I bought this as a gift for my halloween mad daughter in-laws birthday and she absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for making my gift buying experience so brilliant. The item is solid, very good quality and I know will last forever.

Excellent Click and Collect Service, item ready to collect in store extremely quick in the same day! I have purchased by Click and Collect previously and find it very good. Order one minute, and within 30 mins a message to say it's ready to collect!!

Asked in Liverpool store about the item…

Asked in Liverpool store about the item and was told they don't have it. No offer to check website . Assistant barely acknowledged my presence and just said website is nothing to do with them. Ordered from website and delivered promptly but had to pay postage

Great Service and delivery

Ordering and delivery were made so easy. Communication is key and they kept me up to date with delivery details. Selection on their website is excellent as well.

Item came broken out of the box, but replaced swiftly.

Item came broken out of the box, obviously not checked by QA before packaging. Returning it via evri seemed to go OK, took just over a week for processing and a new one to be posted out - got a helpful email from Menkind's support off of my lukewarm review which was nice of them to reach out.

Replacement item is also not great quality, but at least not broken straight away. I'm going to use it anyway and accept that it may not last very long. Overall Menkind's online shopping experience has been good, just some of their products are priced a little high for how cheaply made they are.

Changing this 3 star review to a 4 star purely because of the good customer service I've received.

My goods where received on time in good condition despite the box being battered by the delivery company. The price was very competitive and cheaper than I could get anywhere else however the quality and standard of the goods as good as any.

Evri lost my parcel and called Menkind…

Evri lost my parcel and called Menkind CS, not much help and instead wanted me to fill out. Form for the parcel that Evri lost. Really? After emails sent to and fro finally got refunded. Never again too much hassle. Note to self don’t use EVRI
