Replacement experience...
My first pair of Oakley glasses from smart buy broke - arm joint snapped so this review regards my replacement experience. I can't fault the customer service experience as it was quick and easy to pursue. Unfortunately, I had to choose an alternative model but Oakley and Smart Buy have not disappointed me with the quality of frame and lenses received. Fingers crossed, this frame won't fail me.

One in the eye for high street opticians!
Excellent customer service, very prompt responses. New glasses arrived quicker than expected. Quality specs at around half the price of a high street optician!

Great experience
Quick delivery and exactly what I wanted at a great price. I had been looking for a specific pair of sunglasses for a while and couldn't get them anywhere but then stumbled across this site that had them much cheaper than anywhere else. Will def be using again!

Game changers
Quality products that are affordable, lenses are superb even with my high prescription.. designer frames that you can try on virtually is just the best way to select frames that suit. The cost spread out using ClearPay is the only way I could afford high end glasses. Super fast production and delivery.. Smart Buy Glasses are a complete game changer for me. Couldn’t recommend more if I tried.. absolutely brilliant.

Speedy delivery, great service and high quality product.
Having used a few online opticians previously I was expecting to wait weeks for my new Polaroid varifocals to arrive. I was blown away when they arrived in less than a week. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the lenses . These are the best glasses I've had. These polaroids also come with magnetic clip-on polarised sunglasses. Great quality and value.

Rimless Varifocals
Was very dubious about not only buying prescription varifocals on line without being measured but with rimless frames too, but quality of both lenses and frame are second to none, and for a fraction of the price I would have had to pay on the high street.
Easy and straight forward to buy but you will need your prescription from an optician to order lenses exactly to your requirements.
I cannot fault any part of purchasing, from choosing the right frame to the lenses I required. Faultless.

Hands down better
cheaper, faster, more choice and stress less procedure from start to finish beats any high street chain hands down! I was anxious and dubious going in but received both pairs and I'm in love with them and can't fault anything. Will be definitely using this method for glasses in the future

Very difficult ordering process and…
Very difficult ordering process and would not accept my prescription or explanation that it is within 24 months and they automatically do tests every year. Most frustrating experience and they said they will give a refund. Will not use again and cannot recommend.
Update: contacted by company after I cancelled ordered. They said they will process refund quickly. Ordered glasses from other company that was more easier and user friendly to deal with and even cheaper. Hopefully, they learn from my experience.
