Great choice of quality products and fair prices, with extras if you want them- such as taking away your old mattresses or delivering inside your home. This company has got it right.

I got an email confirming my online order. Next day a phone call from a polite, friendly, well informed man, who checked all was what I expected- with a delivery date. An email followed with delivery tracking details so I could check progress.
Delivered when stated and the mattresses in sealed plastic, boxed and banded and delivered by a friendly helpful delivery man.
I recommend and will shop with them again. Their products, range, prices and customer service leaves the other well-known suppliers trailing behind.

The Sleep Shop staff were extremely helpful recently when I wanted to order a bed frame. I rang them to ask how long delivery would approximately take and explained that I needed the bed frame before a new mattress was delivered. They said delivery would be a couple of weeks which was fine for me. But after I ordered it online they rang me back the same day and explained that they had this particular bed frame in stock and asked me whether I would like to have it delivered the next working day (Friday) or the following Monday! I was pretty amazed at the speed of delivery and their customer service and I opted for Monday when it was delivered. So an amazingly fast delivery and great customer service.

I purchased a Silent night mattress for a cheaper price than any other site I had seen. Removal of old mattress was also cheaper. I received excellent communication as regards delivery date and time and delivery was efficient. The two man team were very friendly and helpful and took away our old mattress at same time. The new mattress is exactly as expected. Excellent service all round.

Service was second to none - received a phone call to confirm next day delivery was convenient and then delivered next day - can't improve on that. The pillow itself is something I currently use and love, and is for use in the second bedroom.

Only wish other retailers got anywhere near your service.

Great price for a really decent mattress with free delivery to my door. I ordered online late evening. A great personal touch was the phone call the following morning to confirm my order & delivery options. Within 48 hours of your order, a new mattress can be on your bed. 5 star service from The Sleep Shop.

I have now bought two items over the months...each time I received a phone call informing me of the progress of my order, on the last occasion even changing the delivery date to suit me. never had such 'personal' service before. makes one feel valued by the company. Good value, really pleased with the Headboards ordered. I never wanted headboards but now, so pleased we bought them and by waiting got the right ones. Look expensive and good quality. Would definitely recommend buying from The Sleep Shop as all staff members we talked to were helpful and delivery was so easy to arrange. Would buy from The Sleep Shop again as strongly believe in good customer service.

I took a lot of time looking for the right mattress, and the price and service on offer from The Sleep Shop seemed the best choice for me.
Customer Services were friendly and helpful - I even received a call thanking me for my online order, which was a nice touch.
The delivery time was much quicker than I expected. I was given a delivery date, and was called the day before to give me a time slot.
I was completely happy with the whole process, and I'm pleased to say that the mattress is just what I was looking for.

Ordered Monday am, checked it was in stock, checked delivery route promised Weds, delivered on Wednesday. What can I say perfect. Even the delivery lads were great spotted a flaw in my bed frame assembly, explained it to me so went and sorted it. Perfect - use them - recommended 👍👌

Bought a Rest Assured Adleborough Mattress (extra firm due to back problems) for nearly £100 less than other online retailers.

The Sleep Shop rang me with two options for free delivery - next day 1 man delivery to the front door or 2 man delivery to room of choice at a later date. I chose the former, and it duly arrived on the arranged date.

The shop seem to have some really competitive prices, depending on the type of mattress required. I would certainly advise having a look!

The Sleep Shop are a rarity - a company that holds customer service in high esteem, and is clearly proud of that service. I ordered a mattress and was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal phone call the next day to discuss my delivery preferences. The mattress arrived on time, as planned, and safely. They even followed up afterwards to check I was happy with everything. This level of service is very rare these days and is to be applauded! Well done Sleep Shop!

Happy with show room staff, ordering and timescales given and the fact your driver/installers picked up the fact that there was a small split in the base of bed on delivery and they showed it to me straight away. This had only become visible when removing bubble wrap protection

Photos were taken and reported back to base. A follow up call was received a few minutes later to assure us that a new part would be ordered and replaced when delivered

Great service all round and reassuring to know that any issues are dealt with straight away

Exceptional! I needed a specific mattress delivering with in a tight deadline. Not only did they source the make and model they also price matched it with a local competitor. It was delivered on time in perfect shape.

The lady on customer services was simply brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. It's a shame more companies are not like this.

I cannot fault the service provided by The Sleep Shop. I ordered a mattress online (best price I could find) and within a few minutes received a phone call to confirm my order and chosen delivery method. The mattress arrived next working day (Lincolnshire to Surrey). I found the company very personable and helpful and would definitely use them again.
