Free Tuition with the Go Blue Guarantee!
Upon admission, we automatically consider UM-Flint students for the Go Blue Guarantee, a historic program offering free tuition for high-achieving, in-state undergraduates from lower-income households.
If you don’t qualify for our Go Blue Guarantee, you can still partner with our Office of Financial Aid to learn about the cost of attending UM-Flint, available scholarships, financial aid offerings, and all other matters concerning billing, deadlines, and fees.
In 2018, UM-Flint’s Department of Public Safety was the first college/university police department in the state to become accredited by the Michigan Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission. The recognition speaks to the department’s ongoing voluntary pursuit of achieving the highest standards in law enforcement and community service.
