"the stars are of such a size as to be seen from so great a distance because of the force of vision, and not because they are so small that they give out but little light"

Archimedes quoting Aristarchos of Samos, 250 BC

From the dawn of history, the search for life beyond planet Earth remains the primary motivation and challenge of modern planetary and exo-planetary sciences, my main research areas.

I enjoy combining my love for both space and computer science, trying to unravel a small fraction of the mysteries that currently confound scientists in my field. What is the structure of minor and major planets in our Solar system and beyond? What is their bulk composition? How do they form? How do they evolve? How do they interact?

Toss in some physics from different key areas, and you get one of the funnest jobs imaginable. This online source was created in hopes of sharing some of my work. Here I include explanations and neat animations originating in some of my most recent theoretical research.
