HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
While many of us will mark Memorial Day weekend with picnics and parades, please take time out to reflect on the true meaning of the holiday.  Originally known as Decoration Day, Memorial Day was first established to honor those who died in the Civil War. Today, we remember everyone who has lost their lives for our country and we pay tribute to all the men and women who have served in the armed forces.

Many communities recognize the holiday in special ways and I encourage you to attend a service that offers you an opportunity to remember and reflect. Have a safe & Happy Holiday!
