CBS Television Studios has set a development deal with Fulwell 73, the U.K.-based production banner that includes “Late Late Show with James Corden” producer Ben Winston among its partners.

The wide-ranging pact calls for Fulwell 73 to develop TV projects across broadcast, cable and digital platforms for the studio that is home to CBS’ “Late Late Show.” The company’s first project is the series rendition of the popular “Late Late Show” segment “Carpool Karaoke” for Apple Music.

“Ben and Fulwell’s creativity and willingness to take risks have made them one of the U.K.’s most versatile, award-winning producers,” said David Stapf, president of CBS Television Studios. “The new ‘Carpool Karaoke’ weekly series is a great start to our partnership with Fulwell 73 and we look forward to more unique and innovative programming across different platforms.”
