GENAI SUMMIT 2024: MOMO SHOWCASES CUTTING-EDGE FACEPAYMENT 🔥 GenAI Summit2024 took place on August 18, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme “Uncharted Frontiers”. This was the focus of our “Inspirational Presentation Skills” workshop at MoMo. 🌟 Guided by Coach Le Tan Thao, Trainer and Senior Advisor at Dale Carnegie Vietnam, 25 managers from various divisions honed their skills to present effectively and inspiringly. Throughout the two days of training, participants engaged in continuous practice, presenting in front of the class, refining body language, and discussing and giving feedback in small groups. The practice topics were real-life situations that participants often encounter at work. 🌟 The course provided highly applicable tools: TRC (Trust – Credibility – Respect) MAP Model (Message – Audience – Purpose) for presentation planning DEFEATS (Demonstration - Examples - Facts - Exhibits - Analogies - Testimonials - Statistics) to dispel doubts 4W1R (When, Where, Who, What, Result) for effective presentation openings The trainer also identified ineffective habits and guided participants on how to improve, from paying attention to standing position and making eye contact to connecting content seamlessly. 🚀 This workshop was not just about learning; it was about transforming the way we communicate and inspire.
