Research proposal templates. This will allow the UXR team to quickly get back to the product team and explain their research method and the expected outcome. 3. Standardized outputs that the product team understands. And know how to translate into product tasks or user stories.

Feature is one thing, but defining the general experience you will design is very important. Ask yourself if your travel app is going to be a very calm exploration experience or quick, precise to the point, etc... and remember: Based on your understanding of the users. And make a strong case on how the experience will contribute to the product success

The key is to identify the key user group for your app. it doesn't matter how much you research if you are researching the wrong users. So there are few things you should consider: + Talk with stakeholders, especially people in sales; they know the customer and who they are. You are going to be there to fill in the UX insight gaps. + Make sure you do a prioritization workshop. The more precisely you know your target users and understand stakeholders' areas of interest, the more likely you will find genuinely impactful insights.
