• Set up all procedures, regulations of security, fire, safety and environment for the Plant.
• Monitors/enforces compliance and implementation of HSSE procedures & standards at Brewery level.
• Identifies security objectives & priorities for the Plant
• Monitors performance & supervises the contracted security company on site
• Contribute to TPM by being a pillar leader of Safety & Environment pillar and an ISO 14000

• Monitors/enforces compliance and implementation of HSSE procedures & standards at Brewery level.
• Identifies security objectives & priorities for the Plant
• Monitors performance & supervises the contracted security company on site

• To plan & control budget of Plant Services - Safety Environment Section
• To implement/monitor/follow up Sectional TPM (5S)
• To take over all local corporate affairs of the Plant

• Analyze and oversee all EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local permitting laws/regulations as well as document preparation is essential. Serve as the liaison with local, state and federal and customer agencies establishing a strong partnership.
• Oversee the response to any EHS inquiries, Inspections, audit.

• Lead the investigation, following up with EHS incidents or findings.
• Deliver EHS training, mentoring and coaching to EHS staff, Factory staff to promote safety awareness at Jabil. Act as the site EMR
• Initiate EHS recognition programs to enhance the safety culture at Jabil Vietnam.

• Analyze, evaluate and provide site management with solid EHS guidance. Recommend new strategic, creative approaches to safety and industrial hygiene. Provide strategic EHS direction and leadership to all EHS initiatives and business partners.
• Industrial Hygienist (recognize, monitor and control chemical, physical and biological hazards);

• Industrial Hygienist (recognize, monitor and control chemical, physical and biological hazards);
• Occupational Health management (Intel Clinic management: ISOS doctor and nurse management, medicines, medical equipment, new hire health check-up, annual health check, occupational health check, medical case management, emergency case management);
• Environmental programs (ozone depletion substances, waste water, hazardous waste); ergonomist (ergonomic design, ergonomic assessment and consultation),

o Research of waste water treatment materials and systems, battery materials, absorbents
o Mentoring and coaching undergraduates and graduate students doing thesis in lab.
o Developing and transferring new chemical technologies; providing consultant services in chemical technologies.
