M&S Bank

Take advantage of the M&S Bank products to enjoy interest-free credit on various items and enjoy additional benefits. For instance, you can use the Sparks Pay card to enjoy 20% off your first order and 45 days of interest-free credit on all purchases. M&S credit cards are also available to make payments faster at Mark & Spencer. The benefits of using the M&S credit card are the £25 e-gift card and interest-free credit on purchases at M&S. You also collect reward points for using the credit card or Sparks Pay card for shopping. The reward points are redeemable as Mark & Spencer vouchers to be used to purchase items.

M&S sale

You'll always find special deals in the Marks & Spencer sale. Click the offers tab in the navigation bar; you'll regularly find 3 for 2 on selected kids' clothing, up to 30% off selected wines and easy-access beauty offers. Plus, there's a section dedicated to clearance deals where you'll find the biggest price cuts.

Delivery costs

Marks & Spencer has free delivery for customers who spend more than £60 on their orders. Otherwise, it costs £3.99 and takes 2-4 working days for standard delivery. Alternatively, order before 9 p.m. and receive next-day delivery for £5.99.

Birthday discount

You'll get a Marks & Spencer birthday discount if you're a member of the Sparks reward programme. The birthday treat will usually take the form of bonus points added to your balance.

Sign-up offer

Although you won't save money on your orders immediately, you'll benefit in other ways. You'll be mailed personalised offers, enjoy a hot drink for free in-store once you've bought six and M&S will make a donation to a charity of your choice whenever you shop. Returns and refunds

The Marks & Spencer returns policy lets you return items for free. Here's how to do it:

• Usually, you have up to 35 days to return an item, unless it is a sale item, in which case you have 14 days. Go to the "Orders & Returns" tab in your account. Look for the order. Click on "Return Item (s)".

• You can either return an item directly to a shop or send it via post. You'll need to print a return label if you opt for the latter.

• Once your return has been processed, you should get a refund. If you return your item to a shop or via post, your refund will take 3 - 5 days.
