When Birmingham-based Capstone Communities decided to build the Villas at Old Monrovia rental community in Huntsville, the company wasn’t venturing into the unknown.
“This is our 10th rental community across the Southeast,” said Jim Beatty, Capstone’s vice president of development. “Huntsville was the location of our first development for our cottage program. It’s actually next door, the Cottages at Old Monrovia.”
