TL;DR:

What It Is

An oil-free broad-spectrum sunscreen for face and body

What It Does

Protects skin from the sun and moisturizes without feeling heavy or leaving behind a white cast

HOW IT LOOKS/FEELS/SMELLS:

The milky-white fluid is somewhat drippy—Supergoop, if you're listening, a medicine dropper would be a more effective means of packaging—but that means it feels superlight on skin. It dries to a matte finish within a few seconds and has a very faint herbal-citrusy scent.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

Homosalate, octocrylene, octisalate, and avobenzone (sunscreens); glycerin and beta-glucan (moisturize)

WHY WE LIKE IT:

We dare sunscreen haters to find something to complain about with this formula. It defies every negative SPF cliché you've ever heard: It's lightweight, nongreasy, and completely sheer—even on dark complexions. And the scent is totally devoid of coconuts, bananas, and every other tropical-cocktail flavor generally associated with sunblock. It's pretty runny (expect drips when you open the tube!), but that's our one and only gripe. It's so good, we actually look forward to applying it from head to toe every day (which, for the record, is how sunscreen should be used).
