- Android phones running Android OS version 7 or lower

- Asus phones running Android OS version 12 or higher
- OnePlus phones running Android OS version 12 or higher
- Oppo phones running Android OS version 12 or higher
- Realme phones running Android OS version 12 or higher
- Motorola Moto g30
- Motorola Moto G Pro
- Vivo iQOO Z5
- Tablets not supporting SIM/cellular data, including Fire OS tablets

OnePlus users should try the following steps on your phone to prevent the Alexa app from being killed.

Check if battery optimization is turned off for Alexa app
a. Go to phone settings > Battery > Battery Optimization > Amazon Alexa > Don't optimize > done.
