The Wildlife Camera Connection APP discovers cameras through Bluetooth. It only supports Bluetooth and WiFi direct connections and cannot connect to WiFi routers or hotspot networks. Please keep the APP in the foreground of your phone when using it

How do I connect to WiFi?

Open: Trail Hunter, and follow the steps to connect Bluetooth and WiFi (initial password 12345678). If it says you are connected to the network but cannot access the Internet, click Always Connect. We have uploaded how to connect the APP in the A+

At night time sometimes no pictures are taken

Please check if your battery is brand new. If the battery capacity is different, the voltage is unstable and the PIR does not work. It also depends on where your camera is shooting from. If photographing small animals, keep a reasonable distance.

This camera is definitely a big step up from the previous Usogood version, and very good quality for the price. Here are my pros and cons.Pros:- Very easy to use, I didn't read the instructions, it was totally intuitive- Excellent quality pictures, both during the day and at night- Excellent camera sensor. The video picked up a tiny mouse in the middle of the night- Very cheap in comparison to some other trail camsCons:- When videoing at night, the video make it look like the animal is in the middle of a big spotlight eg there is darkness around the edges of the frame (see still taken from a video, attached). This doesn't happen with the more expensive trail cams- The battery compartment is a bit strange, it doesn't pull out so I could see a danger of getting batteries stuck in there if they were left in too long or were slightly oversized- Batteries have to be over 1.2v, which means I can't use my cheaper rechargeable batteries. I tried and they didn't work. So just make sure if you're buying batteries they are over 1.2v. To be fair, this may be the case with all trail camsIn summary, if you want a great value trail cam to record the wildlife that's around, day and night, this is a really good option. If you are wanting to use the night images in films, I would suggest going for a more expensive version so you don't get the spotlight effect.

 I have 6 Trail Cameras dotted around my area and have gradually replaced them all to Usogood models over the last few years because I have found them to be of a quality and robust build, are easy to set up and use, but most importantly, are very reliable. Each successive version I have replaced is an improvement over the previous one. This version (TC91) is no exception and in fact is an impressive improvement over the last one.
It now has true 4K Video & 48MP Image Resolution. The WiFi has a good range and can now be easily connected to my iPhone using the Bluetooth facility which is included in the downloadable ‘Trail Hunter’ App. I have a ‘Hide’ which is approximately 40m from the Camera and connects quite easily which enables me to adjust all the camera settings from my iPhone with no problems. I can also watch, record and download ‘live’ video and snapshots from my ‘Hide’ which is an added bonus.
The included well written and illustrated ’Quick Set-up Guide’ is very easy to understand and I had my Camera up and running in just a few minutes. Also included are a strap for fixing the camera to a tree or post and a metal bracket for fastening to a wall or fence etc. Also included is a USB cable for connecting to a Laptop.
I needed 8 x AA 1.5v batteries and a formatted SD Card and once these were inserted, everything was a breeze to set up, with no problems whatsoever. Having said that, I know from dealings with Usogood in the past, if I do hit a problem, they are on to it straight away and are more than helpful to solve the problem, no matter what it is.
I have included a video and a couple of snapshots to give some idea of its capabilities but please be aware uploading them to Amazon loses some resolution quality, so doesn’t really give a true representation of the original quality.
I’m so impressed with this latest TC91 Trail Camera version, I’m considering replacing some of my earlier models with this one at some point. Some of my previous nocturnal videos and photos have been published by various media outlets including the BBC, so I’m sure they will be as equally impressed as I am with the quality of the resulting shots.

I bought this camera to go in my back garden. We live near fields that have a lot of wildlife and our garden is constantly visited by many different animals.
This camera is extremely easy to set up and I use it with some good quality rechargeable batteries and a good quality SD Card.
The quality of the video is excellent being in 4K you can see everything so clearly and the still images are amazing.
The camera comes with a strap and solid mount so you can have two easy ways of mounting the camera. I have been using the strap tied to a tree in my garden and it’s very secure. The colour of the camera enables it to blend in with the tree so it’s barely visible.
It’s great that this camera has a wife 120 degree viewing angle and motion detection so you can rest assured your going to catch everything you want.

The camera stopped recording last week . I contacted usogood and was asked to do several things all done no joy. Tried again asked for photo done ✔️ asked to download app. ✔️ nothing worked.
It seems like they have given up and now not responding at all.

We purchased this so we can monitor the wildlife that might be using our garden at night. We haven't had it long so haven't managed to test all the features yet, but so far it's performed well in difficult conditions and creates a nice clear image. It's handy to be able to check the captured files wirelessly via the app, but downloading (for full-res videos at least) can be a bit slow so I check them on the on-board monitor first. It's also very handy having the separate door for the monitor and controls, instead of opening the whole front of the unit like most other similar units. Definitely seems to be well-made, and seems to be be very good value for money.

Have had issues in the past with animals in my backyard at night damaging the lawn and wanted to actually see what animal was causing this damage. Saw this USOGOOD trail camera on Amazon and decided to order it.

Upon unboxing you are presented with the trail camera with 32GB SD card inserted, mounting strap, 8 AA batteries, USB cable and instruction book. Everything that you need to get the camera up and running is included.

There are a lot of options available that can be set up on the camera. This setup is accomplished using the small screen on the camera. The screen can also be used to view the images and videos but it is quite small and I find it is much better to put the SD card into my computer to view the images and videos. The instruction manual is quite lacking and you will have to figure out some things and settings on your own by trial and error. I attached the camera to my fence with the included strap. After several nights of use I finally captured some images of a skunk and an opossum in my back yard. I am very happy that I was able to get such good results with this trail camera. I can't comment on how long the batteries last because I am still using the set that came with the camera. Once they are expended I will be going with rechargeable batteries.

I deducted one star because of the awful instruction manual and also because in the listing it says that the connectivity protocol is wi-fi. It definitely is not wi-fi. You need to either view your images on the camera screen or by inserting the SD card into your computer.

Overall, despite the issues stated above I still recommend this camera. I am happy with its function and was thrilled that it was able to capture the culprits of my damaged lawn.

I am still evaluating the Game Cam on a new chestnut farm to identify wildlife and otherwise document activities around the farm. The Game Cam has also been tested in several backyard habitat and garden situations. It has been easy to set up and use under these conditions. Results were adequate but todate I haven't seen any night photos. Longer testing is necessary to determine if this is a lack of sensitivity or just poor setup location by the user. It also hasn't been tested under wet conditions yet but appears to be well sealed and closed up for such use.

I had some trouble removing the SD card during setup. When I reached out to the seller I received a prompt demo video that solved my problem and also answered other questions about accessories, batteries and uses for the Game Cam. I was very impressed with the timely and useful response.

The Game Cam comes with 8 AA batteries and a 32 gig SD card, strap. I found these accessories to work adequately. It can be used with rechargeable batteries as long as they have 1.5 volts. This would probably be better when the game cam can be visited more frequently to check battery condition. The strap was awkward to attach without an extra set of hands to hold the Game Cam while attaching by strap.

It can be awkward to change camera settings while the Game Cam is mounted for use. Also the small screen is difficult to review photos while the cam is still mounted. I recommend swapping SD cards for better review on a computer.

Compatible with DC 6V/2.0A, 3.5mm interface external power supply (not included). This unit appears to require an AC outlet. I would rather see a larger battery option for those that might need longer videos and more frequent photo documentation.

I intend to continue my review after more testing and will provide an update if I find problems or especially good results. To date, I have been very satisfied with the Game Cam already based on cost, specs and features provided. Depending on your needs this may be a good solution and a very good price.

To do a review properly, I thought it necessary to run this camera over a period of time. I wanted to look at the quality of the photos for both day and night pictures. I also wanted to see how well the batteries held up under different temperature extremes. And did water get into the case or did the lens fog over?

My first impression was how much smaller cameras have become over the years. My old camera worked off C-cell batteries. With advances in electronics there is a tendency to move toward AA batteries and supplement them with solar chargers or external batteries, all this allows for more compact cameras.

In respect to batteries, I liked that there is a separate compartment for the batteries (x8 included) located in the base of the camera. My first camera had the batteries located in the door of the camera, this required me to open the camera exposing it to the elements. I much prefer the bottom loading feature. The locking latch on the battery is similar to types found on firefighter flashlights. The mounting hole in the base is offset to the rear of the camera, this allows you to open the battery compartment and dump the batteries. You will however need to remove the camera to replace the batteries. While gravity might help you in removing the batteries while the camera is mounted, it certainly won’t work to your advantage replacing them.

After a few days of rain, I didn’t notice any moisture on the inside of the camera, a issue I had with the previous camera, often resulting in foggy photos

Photo quality is better than my old camera, but that may not mean much to you as I’m not sure what constitutes a good photo to you. Both day and night time photos were more than acceptable to me.

I had no viewer mode on my old camera, consequently I had to remove the memory card and bring it back to my computer to be downloaded. With the viewer mode on this camera I can now view a low definition photo in the field. While it’s not perfect, it is generally good enough for me to decide if the photo is a keeper or not.

There are a few features that my old camera had that I’m not finding on this camera. The first one being a photo counter or a memory card full indicator. It’s nice knowing when the card was close to being maxed out while the camera is still mounted. The second thing being a visual means of telling the camera was working during the day when the front cover is closed. With my old camera I could see on the small screen from the ground that the camera was in the process of shooting a photo. Night time testing was easy as I could see the illuminators glow red.

I won’t go into depth in respect to its other features as they are genetic and common to most cameras. Everything you need is included in the box like the batteries, strap and generous memory card. So overall I like this camera, it has features that are new to me, yet its lacking in other features that I would like to see as just being common to all cameras in the feature.
