Designed to protect your privacy
Alexa and Echo devices are built with multiple layers of privacy protection. For example, Echo Auto has a Microphone Off button that electronically disconnects the microphones. You also have control over your voice recordings. You can view, hear or delete them at any time. Learn more about privacy.
Easy to set up and use
Echo Auto connects to Alexa through your phone's Alexa app and plays through your car's speakers via auxiliary input or your smartphone's Bluetooth connection.
Step 1
Plug the USB cable into your car's electrical socket using the included adaptor or directly into the USB port.
Step 2
Use the Alexa app to begin setup. Make sure to download the latest version of the Alexa app.
Step 3
Before every drive, make sure your phone's volume is turned up and the audio input (Bluetooth or auxiliary) is selected.
Step 4
Just ask Alexa for music, news, directions and more.

Connectivity |
Echo Auto connects to most cars that support Bluetooth to play music or that have an auxiliary input. If using Bluetooth, some vehicles do not work well with Echo Auto. Check if your car is compatible. If you can't connect devices to your car to play music via Bluetooth or auxiliary cable, then you may be able to connect Echo Auto with an additional accessory like an FM transmitter or cassette tape adaptor. |

Fantastic great for older cars without voice assistance older cars.

Such a great idea for home automation and drop in to devices. This definitely appeals to those that may not have a voice command car. Personally I would have loved to see this as a dashcam Ai combo system. Best of both worlds combining Alexa on the road in one system but still great to see new ways to help everyone join the Alexa family.
