I've read other people's reviews. Some have difficulty with installing the inner head piece. Now I know why. The instructions are short and a bit vague but once you figure it out it's like, 'Holy crap! That was so easy!' lol
It's worth the money by far. A great hardhat and I'll continue to share my approval for this item with others.

I don't know why people say it is hard to assemble or needs manual. It was quite simple, the four clips have to be folded back and then inserted in the rim from the inside toward outside. Alround good hat

I wish that there were instructions on how to put it together. It was comfortable on my head all day as part of a construction worker costume but I think it made my head appear significantly larger than it should be. I did find a YouTube video and at least put the inner suspension inside it.

I got it for working in the university lab. It is perfect. I was worry alot but after using it for around 3 hours, I should say it is so comfortable. the only issue I had, was assembling the hat ( you had to attach the cushion to the inside of hat) which I had to youtube for that. Highly recommend it
