Good not great.
Writing this after after 3 days of installing fake wood flooring.I bought these for my carhart pants because I wanted to see if I could save 3/4 the price on the Carhart pads.Thickness is good and they do help with knee fatigue with out having the Velcro straps around the back of the knees. They also fit the width of the pocket, though they take some effort to get in.The cons: they’re shorter than the actual carhart pads and will slip down below the knee. I found myself adjusting them up whenever I had to get up and walk around. Not a deal breaker at the cost saving and that they’re not that hard to adjust back up.Lastly, I don’t know how difficult these will be to get out of the pockets. It was a tight fit getting them in and I imagine removing will be even tougher.Hope this helps!

I wanted something more subtle as more of leave in and wear everyday even when not working kinda kneepads without looking like you have kneepads. These are very noticeable especially when sitting. Also when walking you can definitely feel them pressing against kneecap. I'm sure it will wear out once you break them in. After 30 mins of walking , my bare kneecaps were noticeably irriated from the fabric rubbing on them. Could just be how the stryke pants are designed since I notice alot of other reviews have different pants and this issue was not brought up so I won't knock that against this product.

I couldn't pass up trying these knee pads out for the price.
Pros: Inexpensive for the quality you get. The quality is almost on par with a pair of Timberland Pros I use that cost three times as much. Close to the same density in both sets. TP's are slightly denser.
Cons: My only gripe is that unlike the Timberland Pros these are not molded or cut to conform with the shape of your knee. This is most noticeable when standing or walking. Once you're kneeling they conform just fine. I did not feel them bind or shift at all, and was able to remain kneeling for long periods with these inserted.
I may trim the top corners just to make them sit in the pocket a little nicer. All in all. Well worth the price, and I would buy them again.
