  • Q: How to pair the wireless remote control with the switch when first used?
  • A: There are two ways to get the wireless remote to pair with the switch.

  1. The first: Press the switch's light-off button for about 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes blue, then press any button of the wireless switch to complete the pairing.
  2. The second: Click [Paring with wireless remote control] in the ORVIBO Home app, and then press any button of the wireless switch after the indicator light flashes blue to complete the pairing.

Remote control mount is too thick, and too noisy

Remote control mount is too thick, and too noisy

The 'remote' that you can mount on the wall (creating a faux 3-way light) - is way too thick, protruding from the wall - see crayon. It also requires being pushed with a lot of force to flip the switch, and is noisy. Finally, it wiggles when you go to turn the light on/off as it's only held loosely by magnet, and not behind the plate - so could be knocked off at night. I like the simplicity, not too many buttons like Caseta's dimmer.
