Below are the current versions of each General Records Schedule in both PDF and Word format. If the schedule has Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), those are provided as well. Additional tools related to individual schedules may also appear.
NARA issues the GRS in GRS Transmittals. Only new or revised schedules appear in each transmittal. The schedules below represent all current GRS. Each schedule identifies the transmittal in which it was last issued.
