Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Northeastern District

Robbery: A man was in the 4200 block of Erdman Ave. on Sunday when another man threatened him with a knife and robbed him of a cellular phone, valued at nearly $150, and $35.

Robbery: A gunman robbed a Domino’s pizza deliveryman of $8 Sunday in the 1800 block of Ramblewood Road.

Assault: A man shot another man with a BB gun Sunday in the 2700 block of Harford Road. The victim was not seriously injured.

Stabbing: A 24-year-old man was in the 1000 block of Lerew Way on Sunday when he was stabbed in the chest by another man. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and released. No arrest had been made.

Northwestern District

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a man of $20 Sunday in the 4000 block of W. Belvedere Ave.

Stolen car: A blue four-door 1987 Ford with tags XLG 163 was stolen Sunday in the 6100 block of Reisterstown Road.

Robbery: A man armed with a sawed-off shotgun robbed Check Express in the 5600 block of Reisterstown Road yesterday.

Western District

Theft: A window valued at $40 was stolen from a house in the 1500 block of McKean Ave. on Sunday.

Southwestern District

Carjacking: A man armed with an unknown weapon robbed another man of his car keys outside the victim’s residence in the 2800 block of Brighton St. on Sunday and drove off in his 1996 Buick with tags BMA 828.

Shooting: An 8-year-old boy was playing on the balcony of his home in the 4300 block of Seminole Ave. on Sunday when he was struck in the thigh by a bullet fired from an unknown direction. The child was treated at the pediatric intensive care unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.

Assault/arrest: A 23-year-old man was in the 4400 block of Mountview Road on Sunday when he was attacked by another man who struck him with a wooden pole. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center for a broken arm and lacerations to the head. Police arrested a suspect.

White Marsh Precinct

Vandalism: The windows of at least eight cars parked in the 8600 block of Pulaski Highway and the 7100 block of Golden Ring Road were smashed Sunday and property valued at $800 stolen from the vehicles.

Essex Precinct

Robbery: A woman was walking near her home in the 1600 block of Rickenbacker Road on Sunday when two men, one armed with a knife, robbed her of $50.

North Point Precinct

Theft: More than $6,000 worth of tires, wheels and rims were taken from at least five new cars and vans parked on the lot at Penn Pontiac in the first block of North Point Road. The theft occurred between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Theft/arrest: Police arrested a man who tried to get a refund from the Sears store at Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Blvd. on Sunday for clothing he hadn’t purchased. Police said a store security officer saw a man remove a dress from a display rack and put it into a bag before he went to a customer service desk for a refund. The man was arrested moments after the clerk gave him $28, the cost of the dress. Police said the 27-year-old resident of the 7200 block of Dunwood Court was being held yesterday in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Towson Precinct

Burglary: Paintings of unknown value were stolen Sunday from Bendann Art Galleries at the Shops at Kenilworth in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road.

Cockeysville

Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the Royal Farm store in the 500 block of W. Seminary Ave. on Sunday morning of state lottery receipts, money from the cash register and the store’s security camera tape.

Woodlawn Precinct

Robbery: At the 7-Eleven store in the 2200 block of Windsor Mill Road on Sunday, a man placed an item on the counter as if he were purchasing it. When the clerk opened the cash register, he grabbed some money and fled.
