Mount Airy: Firefighters responded at 2: 21 p.m. Saturday to a woods fire in the 6800 block of Watersville Road. Units were out 35 minutes.
Mount Airy: Firefighters from Winfield assisted Mount Airy at 2: 42 p.m. Saturday, responding to a brush fire in the 4800 block of Buffalo Road. Units were out one hour and 15 minutes.
